I'm a G4 mac user running OS 10.2.3 that has used Chronos' PIM called "Personal Organizer". It has a conduit for Palm OS 4.0 that's listed on Apple's web site http://www.apple.com/macosx/applications/palm/).

I've got all my data in there and I'd like to use it to sync with my newly acquired Treo 300. I like that program a lot and I'm used to using it. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work right in syncing with my Treo. I had to export from there and import my data to Palm's software and sync from there.

Does anybody know if Chronos's software works with the treo 300? I can't see why it shouldn't.

It is Chronos' responsibility to provide you with a proper conduit. I would check with them. It shouldn't make any difference thatr you are using a Treo. A Palm OS is a Palm OS.

Try getting your latest version of their conduit directly from Chronos. start here:

    http://www.chronosnet.com/&/products/po_index.html

Also, make sure the version of Palm Desktop and Hot sync is the one downloaded from the Handspring website, not the Palm website. Several of us, including myself, have found that makes a difference, and it says as much at the HS website.

    Hey Nate,

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to double check that I have the appropriate software. I know I have the right HS software. I'll post success or failure.

    Hey Nate,

I got the conduit from Chronos and Palm 4 from HS and it still doesn't work. What to do?
