    Dear fellow Treo members
I am happy to join you.
My treo 680 keeps restarting and I do not know what to do.
I just read this solution #*377 and the error popped up:
treo 680 error MemoMain.c,Line:2511 Bad record

Has anyone shed some light on what to do next?

Pull your battery out. Press "UP" on the D-Pad and keep pressing it. Put the battery back while still pressing up. Wait till the device boot. Don't release the UP until the device has fully booted up.

    See if that help.

Your memos database has a corupt record in it. The easiest thing to do would be to delete the entire database. However, if there's stuff there that's important, on Palm Desktop, see if there's any funny looking records (wierd characters and such). Delete that record and for that one time, set Hotsync to "desktop overwrites handheld." If nothing looks funky, you'll just have to delete the whole datebase. For any of these methods, also make sure backup is off in Hotsync.
