    When connecting to PCS Vision, I receive the following error:

    "Error: Unknown Error. Sign in failed. If the problem persists, turn Wirless Mode off and try again. [128] (0x712A)"

    I haven't changed any password/logon info lately. Turning wireless mode off or a doing soft reset didn't work.

    This has been happening for about the last 24 hours.

    Any help will be appreciated!

    The same thing is happening to me now. Any ideas?

    The problem I had was apparently a Sprint problem, not a Treo problem.

    I had a problem like that one night and i called them up and they were making changes on there network or something so they gave me 30 peak time mins for each of the the sprint phones we have in are house and thats like 5 phones

    Okay. All fixed. If you get this error, before they make you do a hard reset (d'oh!) ask them to let you change the two IP addresses in the network settings section.

    Oh, and for what it's worth, the sprint tech support was really good about solving this. I even had one of the senior guys (didn't even have a "tier" number) *call me* to help me through things. At times Sprint is a pain, but this time they were great.
