I don't know if you guys know this, I realized a quicker way to get to sprint tier 2 support. Usually when us treo guys/girls call sprint we usually want tier 2 support not some CSR telling us to take the battery off or something of similiar ignorance. So all you have to tell them is you called a minute ago and while you were being transfered to tier 2 you got disconnected. Works all the time no questions asked. You still have to go through CSR-----> Tier1-------->then you finally get to tier 2. This just expedites the process.
