Can anybody tell me how to access additional characters that are not on the keyboard? i.e. +, [, ], etc? Sorry if this has been asked/answered a zillion times before

p.s. I did a search and read through about a dozen threads and picked up how to do a few characters... but is there a comprehensive list somewhere? I guess I can try looking at the online documentation.... but if we all did that then this would be a pretty lonely place

Go to http://support.handspring.com/esuppo...sWelcome.jsp#, click on "Interactive User Guides for Treo communicators", follow directions to the "Keyboard" topic, choose "Entering Other Characters", and you'll get all the info you need regarding the additional characters!

jeez.... I just checked that out.... it hardly seems worth it to go to the trouble unless you just can't do without a character! Like, if I want to do the smiley I'm not gonna bother digging for the ; when a regular will suffice
