Has anyone found a truly great site for getting weather info? I like pda.accuweather.com for it's 5-day forecast, but it doesen't have detailed info for the current day (ie 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, etc). Thanks!

I'm very happy with Weather Channel on AvantGo. You have to go to Detailed Forecast, then you get a lot of info.

I agree--Weather Channel has been my choice for some time now.

    Weather Manager is pretty nifty...

    http://www.tinystocks.com/weather.html

It's from the same folks who make Stock Manager. They do good work.

Does anyone knows of a weather site that provides temperatures in Celsius instead of Farenheit?

    >Celsius instead of Farenheit?

Weather Manager does, but it's an app - not a site.

    Yes I know!
It seems that I can't find find a site that gives temperatures in Celsius (understood and used by the majority of the planet' population, after all!).

I contacted the Weather Channel (the best site by far).
The said that they are considering providing an option to select Celsius or Farenheit, as they do on the 'normal' site, but couldn't tell when it will be implemented.

I'm not asking for anything fancy!
    A simple
    Cityname xxxC / xxF
    would do...

    I use Weatherman .
It's a wireless app and displays:
    Farenheit
    Celcius
    General weather forcast
    Relative humidity
    Wind direction
    Wind speed
    Sunrise
    Sunset

The program is free but will only let you download info for the current day. By paying the 'usual 12.95' fee, you can download a 5 day forcast. Also, with the 5 day forcast, you can also download satellite maps.

Nice graphics, works really well with GPRS too and the downloads are fast

    Great app!
This was EXACTLY what I was looking for...

Having problem downloading weather (GPRS) though, hangs on for ever and need to soft reset to get out of it.

    I have to investigate why?
    Some specific configuration needed?

    Found what the problem was:
Needs to inform the Proxy server field...

    Great app:
    I already registered it!!
