    Is anyone else having problems with connecting to Vision right now? I'm getting a message saying, "Registration failure. Check your username and/or password and try again. If this problem persists, contact Sprint [67]." But I haven't changed my username or password?

    sprint's pcs web site is currently down, allegedly for upgrade. it seems to me that it might include the database of usernames and passwords, though i have been online during the day today.

    that having been said, it's a little after 10, and i just got on. in fact, i got on much quicker than i have been getting on, with no resets or anything...

    suggest you try again, and if still unable to get on, call sprint.

    I'm getting the exact same message. I was just on about 30 mins ago with no problems. And no I don't want to call Sprint. be put on hold for an hour for them to tell me....."mmmm I'm not sure. give it a couple of hours and see if it clears up"

    ain't it the truth. at least on my last call i got a month's credit because i basically said 'i'm mad as heck and i'm not gonna take it any more'

    Well I tried again and got the error again, so now I'm hold with Sprint customer support. 10 minutes and counting... I hope this is worth it...

    Just tried again and got in. I guess it was just a temporary problem. Of course I never got through to a support specialist, so who knows what happened?
