I don't know how many of you noticed that if you press your option button then one of the main four buttons you have access to alternative applications; example option - calendar opens your to do list.

What I want to do is change the "option" function of these buttons but I can't figure out to do it. The only thing I can do is change the "primairy" function of each button under preferences.

Any one know how/if this can be done?

    Buttons-T:

This works on GSM Treos. It should work on Treo 300, too. For caution's sake, you might want to let this thread collect a few more answers before you install it ... I wouldn't want to be responsible for screwing up your Treo 300. :O)

Buttons-T works just fine on the 300...as advertised.

It is pretty cool.... but is there a work around for the launcher jumping to the next category each time? I still prefer that over the phone book... but I'd like to always go to my "home" screen.
