Two days ago I was an enthusiastic Treo 300 user. Then I lost wireless, and after hours of tech support and a hard reset, I swapped out the phone, expecting to be up and running in just a couple of hours like every other cell phone I've had, including my first Treo.

Now, it's more than 24 hours later and the phone still isn't activated. I'm now in my third attempt. Sprint tech support, as nice as they be, don't have a clue about the Treo.

Has anyone here had a similar experience? Any suggestions? Thanks.
