The customer support for Sprint and the Treo is slow, but if you're persistent you can get what you need. In particular, I spent several days and countless calls to support to set up the email servers talking with the wrong level of support. Without exception, I was constantly frustrated, BUT finally tonite I was relieved by the great assistance from Danny and Dave in Level 2. There was a problem with the preferences and a hard reset was necessary as well as setting up the defaults. Once this was done...it worked great! It took some time, but they were patient and thorough...Thanks!
