Do you know if there are plans to have it support usb on a PC laptop?

I'm afraid of the online charges though

    That's great news! I only saw somewhere around 5KB/sec (40 Kbit/sec) which is OK, but I'm used to 11 MBit/sec (AirPort) :-)

I'm in discussions with a Windows developer about a USB driver. It will probably be several months before we have anything (provided it is doable). Getting the driver to work on Mac OS X with the Treo 300 was quite tricky.

On the same note, I got my review unit of the Treo 300 yesterday (preview iwll be up this weekend, review in a week or two)

They also included a merlin PCMICIA card - I get 10-12 KBps on that thing - it's amazing, it is normalyl about 2-3 times as fast as my normal connection to the web (dialup). Too bad I hate the laptop that I'm playing with it on..
