Email was working fine until about a week ago, just as I was leaving on a business trip to London. In the airport the Treo just stopped being able to connect to the server for email (web data works fine).

Came home, reinstalled everything, now it can't even negotiate with the server when setting up keys when starting the BizConnect software. I know the PC client-side stuff is working because when I go to bc.sprintpcs.com and log in there, everything is fine.

Any suggestions before I get drastic and actually call Sprint? I am assuming that the first 3-4 hours of talking to them will be fruitless anyway.
