We should start posting all sites that are optimized to be viewed by wireless devices. In particular due to the TREO 300 screen size looking at full blown websites with Blazer is not a great experience. I know the POCKET PC forums are doing this for their systems.

I know I posted this before. It is terrific. Forecasts load quickly. The radar looks great. All in all, an A-1 site!

Those are excellent links (above). It was great to see so many sites made for the mini browser. For this groups convience I'll cut and past the best here:

The first four must be bookmarked. They will instantly give you a couple dozen mobile web site links. Check out mapquest. Cant wait to show that off to someone....

    PawGo: http://www.pawgo.com

    Thumb Monkey: http://www.thumpmonkey.com/mobile

    SmallSites http://209.221.153.18/smallsites/

    Mymobilestuff http://www.mymobilestuff.com/palm

    Google (mobile) http://www.google.com/palm

    Mapquest: http://wireless.mapquest.com/Palm/v3.0/index.html
(reedited this link to work on Treo)

    www.treo411.com

Lets keep posting if anyone finds more.

mapquest through "avantgo" is different if you were to just browse to it using regular blazer browser(www.mapquest.com/Palm/v3.0/index.html). the avantgo mapquest is far superior, but the only way to get to it is through blooody 5,000,000 kb avantgo!!! i'd rather just find out the url. but there is no way to find that out through the avantgo browser (it's not really a browser). does anyone have that url? can anyone hack it from avantgo? i hate to have avantgo for just mapquest but go to the url above (on your treo) and get a map, then get a map from mapquest through avantgo. what the?!!!! thanx dudes.

Does anyone know of a good site for looking up business/residential phone numbers? I can find either a HTML or WAP site that works very well on Blazer. Thanks!!

This site is pretty good for finding a business and is treo optimized. It was listed in a previous post, but here it is:

I have been using 555-1212.pqa to find people and businesses. It is the most reliable directory I could find. You can get the PQA on www.palmgear.com
