When addressing email, I do not see a LISTING of my contacts from which to choose. Instead, I must enter a name (or part of a name), then run the lookup function for every addressee. Is this the only way to address mail with the 300 (I'm using the PERSONAL edition of Bus. Conn. )? Thanks

Unfortunately, the answer is yes (if you need to use the address book to look up an email).

Most of my BC mail I use to reply to someone who just sent me email so I just hit the reply button. You can also enter the address of someone in the "to" field if you know their address. If you have to look up an address in the address book, well... it is not as easy as you would hope. It does take wild cards though...
