I informed Handspring of this today and I thought I'd share it with you.

I purchased TreoMail yesterday after the 30day trial period.
When creating a TreoMail account...there are 2 email fields:

One that defines your account. You log in with this email to the TreoMail site. This is the address the Server will pull your mail from.

Another that serves as a reply to address. I place my work email address here and autoforward my work emails to my Earthlink email.

When I went purchase the program from Handspring...It kept looking at the ReplyTo address as my account defining address. I had to cancel the purchasing process. Log into TroMail to change this field...then start the purchase process again.

I wonder if this case of crossed wires is causing any other problems with the program's service.
