Well its now two weeks since I got my T270. The phone stopped working within a day, the screen in a week and I then left it switched off for three days while waiting for the replacement - still waiting despite several phone calls to Handspring support. Thought I'd better get it out, recharge it and clean it of data with a hard reset in case a new one eventually turns up. Plug in the charger. Nothing. No charging light, screen absolutely black.

So the third and totally fatal fault in one unit. And I'm still waiting for the replacement.

I'm sure someone from Handspring monitors this Board. Would one of them care to comment about the problems many are experiencing here with their T270s. Some official statement would be appreciated rather than leaving your customers in the dark on what's going on.
