    So, I already have the 180, so the 90 was not that appealing to me, but when a guy at worked walked in with one, of course I had to give it a fondle...;-)

    And I noticed (and the owner commented) the stylus practically jumping out of the slot any time it could. The stylus didn't seem to lock in or even have any friction with the slot.

    Wassup with that? Is this just an anomaly?

    The stylus on my 90 is a very tight fit. Another user said the same thing in his review. You might want to check into that, sounds like a defect.

    The fit should be as tight as the Treo 180.

    My wife and I both have Treo 90s. Both styli fit snugly in the PDA.

    You even have to get your finger tip in the indention on her's to help get it out ... no fears of falling out here.

    My treo 180 was initially very tight, but after usage it was fine.
