    I juts bought a new laptop with Windows 7. Could not get it to sync with my Centro. Called Palm tech support, said that the Centro does not work with 64 bit. Not sure what that is. They told me to get a bluetooth dongle, and try that.

    Has anyone else had this problem??

    Yes, there are a bunch of threads on this.

    64-Bit OS has no USB drivers for the Palm. You can (and I do) use a Bluetooth dongle to Hotsync to my Windows 7 64-bit. Be aware the Hotsync takes a lot longer to complete.
