Has anyone tried the new mapopolis? It's basically the same but has VFS support. There's no documentation explaining how to get the program to read maps off your memory card. Does anyone know how to do this? I already have PiVFSManager and Memplug, but I don't know where to put the mapopolis files or what to do so that they can be accessed (ie what directory).

Using FileMover, create the directory structure: Palm/programs/mapopolis on your card.

You can then use Mapopolis (not any other app, BTW!) to copy maps from internal memory to the card. I'm going to try SyncWizard later this week to see if it will copy the maps directly from my laptop.

Be aware that the feature in Mapopolis that creates large maps when you have ajacent counties loaded doesn't work when one county is on the card and one is internal. Both have to be internal. Also, keep in mind that you have to leave enough internal memory available for Mapopolis to copy the map to internal memory for viewing.
