I have appointments that are the same every week so they are entered as occurring every week. I want to be able to enter vacation dates with no appointments on those dates. As I have lots of holidays it is a nuisance to have to edit each appointment individually.
Is there a datebook program that will handle this situation?

Are you looking to have the vacation event override or delete the appointment?

I know that datebook4 (and maybe even datebook+, but I haven't used that in a year) allows you to make individual exceptions on a given date, but it would involve editing each appt. on a given day...

...You may be SOL on this one... and really it's tough to have pity on a person whose problem is too many vacation days!

    Mark,

It really doesn't matter although I would prefer to delete. I want to show when the holidays are, be able to put new appointments in these times and not have my alarms going off during the vacation time.

    Thanks for your interest,
    David
