    I know this is probably an old question, but every week my phone resets at 4:21am, because of MyTreoSync. I believe this relates to the myPalm Software "store" on the treo 755.

    How do I delete this? What files do I delete?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    I went to MyTreo > User Guide > Search > Update. It took me to a screen that said:

    "Auto-update will ensure that your application is always up-to-date.

    NOTE: Turning off auto-updating may cause compatibility issues.

    Auto-update: {here I chose OFF}

    {I unchecked the box} Alert me if the update fails"

    My phone would try to update in the middle of the night, and wake my DH when it turned on the screen and beeped. I hope this was helpful!

    Thanks for the reply. I actually had it set to off already, yet every week (usually at about 4:30 sunday morning) it would reset.

    I have now deleted the program (I think) from the phone, since I didn't use it anyway.

    Mine still does it - but not every day. I'm careful to sync up regularly to my Mac, so I've got that going for me...

    I'm not sure syncing with your mac has anything to do with the myPalm software. I sync with my computer every day. Still would reset on Sunday.

    However, since uninstalling, it didn't reset.
