    Hi

I am having a problem using the speakerphone on my calls to my mother. If she has the TV on when I call her she can't hear me. I can yell and it doesn't help. When she turns the TV off she can hear me fine. I am using the speakerphone so both my wife and I can be on the phone at the same time.

I did try searching the forum on this problem but did not find anything on it.

Is the palm speakerphone a half duplex or full duplex device?

Any help I can get on this problem will be gladly excepted.

No speaker phone (except very expensive business speaker phone "only" systems) that I have heard, even ones said to be full duplex does not come close to a landline handset which is the ultimate full duplex (basically isolated ear/incoming and mouth/outgoing)

Short answer is no, she has to turn down the TV.

    Thanks for the reply.

That's what I was afraid of. Oh well - She will just have to turn off her TV.

    Thanks again

I had a 700p and never heard any complaints of them not hearing when I am on the speakerphone. With this 755p I do not remember last time I was able to use the speakerphone successfully, they always ask me to repeat stuff.

    Anyone else had this experience?
