I think it is now located under the developer's link from the page your link takes you to.

ivhs72 - I couldn't find it anywhere on the developer's page. Anyway you can link us? I am also in desperate need of the certmodtool.

I read somewhere that palm moved all their support files and links which is understandable (not really!) but I've been searching for days now and I can't find the certmodtool anywhere!

ok I chatted with palm support and they gave me this link for the certmodtool AKA palm modification tool while they are updating their site. Not sure how long they will keep it up.

://home.earthlink.net/~sujeev.p/PalmCert/cert.rar (new user can't upload links so put http in front of link)

-unzip both palm cert and pdb file
    -run PalmCertification file
    -find your current certificate
-hit generate PDB and it should automatically add the file to Palm Quick Install
    -soft reset your phone
-HotSync your phone and that should load the current certificate to your phone

Whether this works for you or not, I don't know but it should help those who is looking for the palm mod tool. This is already far beyond technical capabilities.

I'm not a new user so I took his files and uploaded them in a zip.
