Anyone can point me to a tool that
    auto-schedules regular reboots for the
    Palm OS?

(Even given the increased memory in
recent models, the device still strikes
me as essentially unstable. A once per
    day automatic reboot with auto-on-the-air
(built-in feature) would solve many of
    the remaining issues.)

    Thanks,

    Stuart

Resco backup+ offers this option after a scheduled backup.
ONE can be spelled as NEO.
    There is no spoon.

In addition to Resco Backup, NVBackup allows this if you look into its Advanced Options for the option to reset after backup. If you're not using this great FREE backup tool, then you should! Here's a link to the latest version.

Weirdly enough, when I set NVBackup to reboot the phone in the middle of the night, suddenly now when one of the profiles for PowerMan kicks in, the phone goes into the old "screen turns on/screen turns off/screen turns on/screen turns off" loops and I have to yank the battery to reset it.

Turn off NVBackup's reboot function, and all is well again. Go figure.
