    I don't know as I'd be comfortable sending them my device.... they don't mention their projected turn around time.

    I saw this posted somewhere before, and my reply today is the same as there and then: I'd put my Centro in a Ziploc-style snack bag instead. Kroger's equivalent costs 3 cents per bag, and I wouldn't have to send my Centro off somewhere or trust it to this mystery process.

    For extra protection I use two zip lock bags and a bluetooth headset and I am ready for the water

    I use a cheep water proof bag I got from Walmart, it has a nice little string so I can hang it around my neck, I take it tubbing on the river all the time.
