    Yep, that works too, but since I have a case on my Centro, it's a hassle to have to remove the case, then the battery door, then the card whenever I want to transfer any files to my PC. Much easier to do it via Card Export.

    Good point. I had bought BBuddy a while ago and have been using it. Have not had to do a hard reset. At times BBuddy does a soft rest after backing up so may look into NV

    I had problems with Backup Buddy as well. If your Treo is at all unstable, I found BB didn't work properly. I switched to NV Backup, and haven't looked back! (forgive the pun)
