    I just synced my palm treo 755, and was told the following:

    The handheld record [Go to Office...] is an exception record whose date has been changed. This is not allowed in Outlook, and hence the Outlook record has not been updated. To fix this problem, delete the exception record on the handheld.

    What is an exception record, and how do I find this record?

    Ok. Think I found the problem.

    Deleted all repeating events that didn't actually repeat. Don't know where they came from, since this happened overnight.

    Wasn't a problem when I synced last night.

    Oh well, problem solved.

    I think I'm having the same problem - how did you systematically find and delete all of these records?
