Not sure if this belongs here or not.

My wife and I are considering using our cell phones as our primary phone line when we move next month, rather than establish a landline phone.

However, we would still like to be able to use a home-based phone handset, and have a few handsets located arond the house.

Are there any sort of solution (like a docking station) that will accomplish this? Route a cell phone call through a home phone (not forwarding it to a new number, since we won't actually have a land phone number). I have a Treo 680, and my wife has a bluetooth phone (Nokia) so it can be bluetooth based, or a physical plug in connection.

Vtech has a bluetooth capable unit. Model LS5145.

Don't know anything about it or how well it connects to the 680 but I've been considering a similar move here.
