I want to get my partner's calendar on my Treo 755p so I can always see what is on his schedule. I started using KeySuite which accomplished this well except it required a hotsync. Even better, KeySuite allowed me to NOT have alarms for his calendar (I don't want my treo giving me alerts when HE has a meeting).

But, as I said, it required a hotsync and I am not always near my computer. And, with the progress of activesync, etc. this should really be a push function.

So I started using Chapura's PocketMirror for calendar (as well as the shared contacts that I have been using for a while). This transfers his calendar into a new category in mine (which can be hidden in Outlook). I am considering switching to a server solution from www.diditbetter.com for more reliability (at a cost of about $1,000), but there is no way to supress alarms in either of these solutions.

I also use 2day and TakePhone. In 2day, I can hide that other category so I don't see my partner's calendar entries on my today screen (how great is that!). Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like I can do that with TakePhone. But that is OK. I don't really need to see my next appointment in TakePhone so I unchecked showing any calendar entries.

So.....Does anyone know of a 3rd party app for the PalmOS that will allow me to suppress alarms for one category of my calendar? I am trying to find out if datebk will do it but I would prefer not to download the trial. Also, maybe there is something else out there that I am missing.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

UPDATE: Datebk6 DOES suppress alarms for a specified category. I really didn't need most of the other features but will probably buy it for this (as well as the floating events).
