I'm both new to Treos and to this site. I just purchased two Treo 90's for both my wife and I, along with SDIO bluetooth cards. I can communicate between both units and send information, chat, files, etc. with no trouble.

I have a question and it may be already covered in the forum, but I was unable to locate it if it's there. What I would like to do is get a USB Bluetooth dongle and attach it to my PC in the living room and be able to connect my Treo 90 and access the web, PC files, etc. from the kitchen while I'm working (about 50 feet).

Is this difficult and where can I find more information on how to do this before I go buy one?

    Thanks.

Being as old as the Treo 90's are, the Bluetooth cards a likely v1.0 which only has a range of 10 meters (33'). Getting a connection at 50' won't work.

I may be overexaggerating the distance. I'm in a one-bedroom apartment.
