I added a few subfolders under my inbox in exchange.

I waited a little longer then a day but they never populated through good onto my device.

I broke down and did a reprov- but is there another way to force it to reload the folder list. For future use...

Check the admin guide for the 'fetch' command. By default, subfolders don't pre-populate existing data.

thanks but I know about fetch to grab old items.

what I mean is the folders don't even show up on the device as a choice.

how do you force the device to get an updated list of available folders?

Oh, I see! Weird. If a reprov won't fix it, not sure what will.

    Has this worked before?
    Permissions?

    Restart the Good Server Services?

I really have no idea. Might need to contact support.

the reprov worked, but i was looking for a less drastic method- I hate having to refetch everything ;-)

might have just been a glitch though becasue today I added a folder and in a matter of seconds it popped up on the device.

    so fingers crossed...
