    I am unable to view any sync log on my laptop.

    I am having a sync error (see my other post in this error), and whenever I click on "view log", either right after the sync on the popup message, or down on the taskbar, nothing happens. It doesn't lockup, it just doesn't do anything.

    I can view the log on the treo, but not on the laptop.

    Any thoughts?

    can you open the log file by double clicking on it? (It's just an html file)
    C:\Program Files\Palm\XXXXX\HotSyncLog.htm where XXXXX is UserID on the treo

    Awesome! After going to the file this way I was able to see that it was listed as a firefox program, which I uninstalled a long time ago. Switched that file to be opened from now on with IE and things work.
