I noticed you can add prefixed digits to 4, 5, 6, and 7 digit numbers. Is there a way to include commas for pauses? I'm not talking about speed dial numbers. I have hundreds of extensions-only contacts that I imported into contacts and I would like to append a prefix with a pause to dial the extension.

I believe if you put spaces in where you want pauses, it / they will act as pauses. I believe its 1 second per space.

    Hope this helps.

I've got my Treo 700p set up with commas in the phone number so I can dial my voice mail with password. This is in my favorites, should work in regular address book though.

Unfortunately, the space to enter the prefixed number is only 10 characters long (the exact length of the phone number I want to prefix it with!), leaving no room for spaces or commas (which the field doesn't accept anyway). Makes no sense.
