Just out of curiousity, what is the best unit allocation size to use during a SD card format? I'm thinking of using 32k

    format drive: /FS:FAT32 /A:32K

but I remember reading somewhere (but can't find it anymore) that 32k might cause problem with the camera software. Is that true?

I'm using 32K claster on my 8GB SD. Work flawlesly with all programs.

I'm using 16k, because of the small size of Palm programs. Once I reformatted my 4GB from its default format, things are much faster. I've heard that 32k is slightly faster.

32k is the consistently the fastest in the speed tests. Depending on the size of your card use FAT if possible. It's faster than FAT32.
