I upgraded from vzw 650 to vzw 755p last week and so far so good:
    Good:
    1 faster web surfing
2 sleeker form factor (grippy surface)
3 Google maps !!! maps/directions/sat photo integrated with contact addresses
    4 loads more memory
    5 better camera
6 comes w/stereo headset for music & calls
7 enough memory to use docs to go
    8 stable (so far)
9 network "push" email (I'm not sure what this does but email seems to hit a bit faster)
    Bad:
1 battery - I get about 1 day with 20+ calls surfing and email (I'll be getting that bigger battery mentioned above as soon as it is in stock, probably 2)
    2 flimsy stylus
3 lag after pushing buttons (I'm getting used to this but never had this problem with my 650) end call and then 2-3 second lag before call ends - this causes you to hit it again (thinking it didn't work) which then causes phone to call voicemail when 2nd touch registers after call ends. annoying but not a big deal once you get used to it

I'm very happy so far and given the less than $200 price after rebates I feel very good about my upgrade.

How did you get rebates with your phone upgrade. I am using the 650, no new contract updates in the near future, so I have to consider paying a considerable amount (hopefully not) in upgrading to the 755p.

No, 650/700 batteries are slightly wider than 755p batteries.

My 2600mAh Siedio says For Treo 650/700/755 on the battery.

I tried sticking a 650's battery into my 755p and it won't go in. The connector is identical (I can still charge using my cradle, which I bought not long after Palm announced it), but the 650's battery is too tall.

    Is it this one?
