My Treo turned on this morning just before 3:30am and the MYPalm screen appeared and began a Sync. Then the device reset and when I did dialed the ##377# keys on the phone app, it stated that "A reset was caused on 11/25/07 at 3:26am while running "lota": Fatal Exception"

It said "My Palm" not "My Treo" and it was NOT the "Addit" screen.

    Has anyone experienced this?

I found it. It is the "Software" app from Palm. I deleted it because it sucked. It only showed apps it wanted you to buy and the search button nevered found ant other app that wasn't listed. You would think that only a few apps existed for each category if you didn't know better.

How were you able to delete it? I tried using Unistall Manager and also the Palm delete function and was only able to delete part of it. I reinstalled it which it asks you to do as it is only partially functional at that point as I did not want a crippled app on my phone.

This was the "Palm" software app, NOT the "Sprint" software app. The Palm would have to be added on, the Sprint version is builtin the ROM and cannot be deleted.

My Palm is the one we are talking about right? Is there more than one My Palm? I believe it came onboard when I signed up for the free Suduku. I was simply unable to delete it. Uninstall manager showed it monitoring a lot of apps.
