    I dropped my phone last week and ever since that drop, I've been experiencing some problems. They are probably not related to the drop, but I can't be certain.

    Could I file and claim, get a new (refurbish) phone and if my phone is ok, return it and not have a claim made?

    Just take it to your sprint store, tell them it is acting funny and have them check it out. For all you know they will give you a new one. Since you can't be certain the drop did anything (I drop mine all them time and never have a problem) just take it in. Other wise take the claim.

    THanks, I will probably do that if I have more problems. How many claims can you make in a year, etc. I want to take that into consideration.

    I think you can make 2 claims in a year with insurance.
