I was trying to sync my Centro to my desktop and kept getting errors. When I pulled the cable out, I noticed half of the connectors were missing. There is really no good place for them to be, ecept trapped in my Centro! What do you think is wrong? Do you think just a replacement cable will solve the problem or is there some damage to the centro?

Perhaps you just never noticed before, but the cable normally appears as if "half the connectors are missing." So perhaps it is not as grim as you thought.

Funny though, I've never been real comfortable with the way it feels when I remove the cable. It always seems like I'm going to break it. So I understand why that would be your first thought.

What type of error messages are you getting? Perhaps someone here can help you figure it out.

It never connects to the computer. Should I delete the profile and start over?

sync is normal with no changes. How bizarre. Got a new cable and everything is back to normal
