    I have a 700P and I recently updated to the most recent Documents to Go software (8.0). Now - every time I try and open a document which was emailed to me - it causes a soft reset.

    Any ideas or solutions to this? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

    That always happens to me if I install and docs to go upgrades, or new versions. get the uninstaller from the dataviz website, and uninstall the upgrade.
