I'm been using Volume Care and Ring care for a few months now with no issues whatsover, but recently I've lost ringer volume on the phone.

I've also checked whether there is a conflict with pTunes, but no adjustments to volume in any of these programs fixes the problem.

Perhaps just simply the volume/mute switch on top of the phone has gone bad?

    Anyone have any ideas/suggestions/recommendations?

    Thanks,

    Greg

    Hi siriusbliss.

The phone volume - when you make/receive a call - is normal? If it is, I think you have a problem with your earphone jack. If it is short-circuited, or otherwise damaged, the external speaker could be cut off.

Try to get a hold in a earphone and perform some tests.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted.

phone volume when making/receiving a call is normal.
headphone volume (and control) is normal.
    vibrate still works.

I've just downloaded latest updates to Ring/Volumecare and am resetting the phone now, so maybe that will jiggle things back to normal.

p.s. YES! It's now back to normal. That was easy (and weird).
