    My good server crashed and I am trying to reinstall it. However, when i get to to final step of installation and select next, i get this error.

    Since I dont have a support contract, i can't get through to support. Which I don't think i should have because this looks to be on Good's side. I have already run the Good Data Center Connectivity Test, and everything came back as pass.

    Any thoughts?

    Just for your information. This has been resolved. The problem was that the Good Server was not removed from the customer portal prior to the server crashing. (like I knew that my Good Server was going to crash)

    Seems like there should be an option to remove any servers listed in the customer portal, for situations like this. Since this happened on Saturday morning, I had to wait two days to contact Good.

    GoodGuy, can I put an enchancement request in for the customer portal: Add the ability to remove any listed Good Servers from the customer portal
