I like to mute my phone at night to keep people from waking me, but I still want my alarm to work (world clock alarm). Any options here?

Turn off the phone, and leave the ringer on.

Does Watchmaker have a snooze function?

Yes it does. Also allows you to preset a weekly schedule of alarm times. (ie workdays & weekend)

You know you can use the build in calendar right? Just turn on the alarm and repeat.

Any idea why when I click the download link for the ZIP file I get an "ACCESS FORBIDDEN" error ? ? ?

It also happens with some other apps I tried to donload from that site.

FreewarePalm doesn't store the apps on their own server; they just point to PalmGear's. Apparently, PalmGear got tired of this and cut off access from FreewarePalm.

The solution is to search for the app on PalmGear.

I tried Watchmaker just to see what it was like. It didn't have the BIG SNOOZE button that I need. I'm a snoozer. Treoalarm lets you set up severall alarms like you mentioned for Watchmaker.

TreoAlarm does not seem to be purchaseable. If you click on the "buy" link it says they are working on it but that it's not available for purchase until they make updates (or something to that effect). It also says the trial will run through July 2007 at least.

So is this now freeware but no longer supported? Or is a better version coming out? Anyone know?

    Try this...

    http://treoalarm.com/files/TreoAlarm-1.15.zip

It's the direct link to the download for TreoAlarm from http://www.freewarepalm.com/clock/treoalarm.shtml .

It's a ZIP file... save it, open the zip file and move the application file to your desktop, then install it with your syncing software for the phone and you should be done.
