Is it normal for the camera(camcorder) to make choppy movies? Is there a way to make it better. Maybe dedicate more ram to it?

Try just a simple soft reset.

i think i will tonight, but does that mean other 755p camcorder abilities are smooth and not choppy?

My 755p also makes "choppy" movies and I was wondering if anyone else had that problem. I have to frequently soft reset the phone as it is due to microsoft outlook email sync/push problems (which I haven't searched out yet on these forums), so I do not think that a soft reset has helped the video quality.

Are you recording to RAM or to SD card? I do not have a miniSD card yet so I attributed the choppiness to the fact that I'm recording to RAM. My 700p was never choppy, but I only recorded to the SD card. I will post again once I get a miniSD card if I still have choppy video.
