Just received the Centro and testing it. So far I love it. One concern: this is a slippery little bugger! Compared to the soft touch finish on the 755, this one is slippery. Probably time for egrips? Other ideas? Thanks!

I put some small egrips around the edges.....it helped a lot!

Can you take and post a pic of the phone with some e-grips? Ive been debating getting some silver or clear and putting them along the side.

I have the full-body invisibleshield on my Centro and I love it. Protects it from scratches and also gives it of a tacky feel instead of being so slippery.

How does it fit around the keyboard? Does it cover the screen also?

Ya it is slippery. Those Invisible Shields, do they protect the front and back? How about the sides? The demo video i watched just showed them puting it on the front and shaking it around in a tupperware full of stuff.

Are InvisibleShields much thinner than e-grips? I've discounted e-grips because I think they'd add too much thickness.

I might have SkinGuardz, which are similar to Invisible Shields if anyone's interested. PM me.

The InvisibleShield comes in a couple of separate pieces precision cut for the Centro. There are four pieces that fit around the screen. It does come with a piece for the screen itself, but I already had a screen protector on the device. I can not imagine getting anything smaller (thinner) than InvisibleShield. Once it is on and in place I barely know that it is there. If you were to look at my device you would not know it was their either.

I put a single egrips phone tredz on the back in silver:

Fits underneath the Sprint Logo but covers the access logo. It's the same width as the silver area around the speaker/camera lense. Makes the battery cover a breeze to slide on and off as well.

Here are the pics...one of the front, one of the back and an angle view of the top. As I said before, you really can't tell that it is installed - you can see the finish of the InvisibleShield on the picture of the back view, and you can see an edge of the InvisibleShield in the angle view in the grey area:

On the front, is any of the silver metal area (5-way center button, red & green buttons, phone/home/contacts/email buttons) covered by the Invisible Shield, or all are left exposed?

Those areas are not covered by the InvisibleShield.

Ok, thanks. Too bad, since the matte aluminum surfaces will get the most finger abrasion over time.

The silicone skins are the only ones that cover the aluminum. Something I didn't realize at first and thought it offered more protection including water resistance maybe? Does aluminum get finger abrasion?
