    yup, they said both email's must have been gotten online and not from an actual employee conversation, so they would not help on the phone.

    A friend ordered one last night with tristan.kime@sprint.com on the $30 plan. His order went through. I had 3 others do the same--one last week, one about 3 weeks ago and one longer than that.
