    No, I'm not saying that you have to use SnapperMail. I only referenced that page because it explains how to set your Sprint email username/password. You had asked about that, remember?

    Yes and I do appreciate it....Im still getting a message that it does not recognize my username and or password......

    If the instructions that I pasted into this thread don't help, then I suggest you call Sprint support and find out what your email username and password are.

    I know it shoudnt B this hard and it is frustrating cause it was working fine a few days ago...
