I am having this reoccuring problem. My HotSyncs are getting stuck at the DocumentsToGo sync. If I reinstall the DTG to my handheld the problem goes away, but then it reoccurs at another HotSync. I have a 700p with service from Sprint.

What's the Hotsync action setting for your Backup conduit?

    1. I can't get the HotSync to complete (it won't get past DTG) so the latest log shows nothing other than "ListPro synchronization failed" (I moved ListPro to the card so I am thinking this may be the problem.)

    2. Backup states: "Handheld overwrites Desktop."

I deleted and reinstalled Desktop and DTG. It worked twice before it got stuck -- again.

Doesn't the docs to go utility program/ dataviz tech tool allow you to correct errors?

The "tool" only moves parts of the application to and from the card - it does not correct anything. If DTG is moved to the card, does it get stuck?

I used the internal DTG tool to move the apps to the card. The sync went through. Hopefully, HotSync will not get stuck again.

BTW, I remember the DTG tool you would download, but it appears to be a part of DTG 10.0.

I think it does. Either its under this tool, or under the docs to go menu's where it repairs the program files.

No, it does not. By moving it to the card, the normal sync will continue because the file giving problems is moved to the card and is not sync'd by the default sync application. I have DTG and have played with the "moving" option. I have it set to move the application to the card, leaving the minimum in RAM.

The tool is also part of the v9 release, which is what I am running.

    Ben
