I have been searching forums for days and can't seem to find an answer to this problem. I've seen many people asking the question, but no answers.

Does anyone have any idea what I should tell my IT guys to look for? We have web access, but it is an https:// secure set-up. When I enter all the info into Versamail I get the incorrect version error message. It's so strange that I can access the the web mail in Blazer no problem and have my home email client also set-up.

I've been reading through MS support articles, hard reset my phone and set-up just the Exchange Activesync account, called IT, and even called Palm directly. Why is it that nobody can answer this question or seems to have any idea where to look or go?
