Hey everybody. I recently took a 2 minute video. which came out be the size of about 7megs. I was wondering how i can get this to my pc? I've tried sending it via email and text msg and other ways, but nothing seems to work, because the file is so big. Am i able to remove stuff from my phone via hotsync? I do have an SD card and it is on there, but i left my card adaptor at home and dont have an SD card reader yet..... any help would be appriciated.

    Thanks Matt

You should be able to Hotsync it to the Palm Desktop's Media application...or, do what I'd do and use an app like Card Reader to copy it to the desktop.

You have another problem -- conversion. the treo uses an odd .3g2 format and the only way to convert it to general use is to use the professional version of quicktime, though the free quicktime will play the movie. I use card export to move most of my files to the pc, though I also have a card reader when speed matters.

You don't need quicktime pro to convert it. Here's a few that work just fine:

    AVS Video Tools
    ImTOO MPEG Encoder
    ImTOO 3GP Video Converter
    Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter
