I have been using this program ever since i started using colored Palm devices. It has always been one of my essential apps. i love being able to do everything from it... be it a new task, contact, call...

But i have been testing out my new Treo for the passt month already, and i really am having some issues with this app. It causes random resets on launch (i assign the calendar button to it) probably once a day or less. And just today, i had cycling alarms for meetings that occured in 2004, and it would not stop ! it only stopped when it finally reset.

So now I am seriously considering incompatiblity with my palm device for the very first time. I just LOVE this app. It actually loads and responds faster on my Treo than on my LifeDrive (which was my previous device).

I hate to see when i do hard resets and just load the basic PIMS how FAST and immediate the Calendar app was.... and the transition from calendar to blazer was so quick! made me think, do i really need this program? its responsoveness without it and with only the PIMS on my Treo was OUTSTANDING!

Anyone else having issues with Agendus? Do you have the same complaints as me?

Been a datebook 6 user since it was DB4. Can't comment on Agendus myself but get the idea from the DB6 users forum that Agendus may be more versitile but certainly moer buggy. DB6 is very stable.

I, too, am a long time Agendus user and abandoned it when I moved to my 755p. Just like you, I found that the native Palm PIM apps are much faster and my device is quicker and more stable without it (hard to say, though, whether it was the move from a 700p to a 755p). Frankly, I don't miss Agendus...I can do everything I want with the native Palm apps and generally quicker.

    I have 12.02 Agendus Pro but on a 700p.

I had frequent (daily) resets and conflicts after installation of my original version 11 and narrowed it down to alerts and alarms.

It also did not play well with my push Email from GroupWise.

I turned off the "Agendus Handles Alarms" in Agendus prefs and the resets and conflicts went away.

You might try that if you use Agendus for alarms. The standard Palm calendar may pick them up so you can stil get them. I figured that was the confilct anyway, they were both fighting to send the alert.

The "alarm storm" is a reported bug and the topic of much discussion on the Iambic forums. The best we're getting is "the developers are working on it." Agendus is great SW for what it does, but the Iambic folks have a tendency of rushing versions to market before they've fixed all the bugs in the previous versions. For instance, create a Trip and try to add a taxicab unit to the Trip. The device will reset every time.

I used to use Agendus, but now use
    KeySuite.

I left Agendus after having no resoultion to several problems I was having and never looked back.
